Reception
Stay at front counter, answer all phone calls, help walk-in customers. Get basic information and transfer to correct office personnel. Check in customer, take picture of cars dropping off.
- Basic knowledge in auto repair and insurance claims is a plus.
- Must be bilingual: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Part time of full time can be discussed
Estimator
- Knowledgeable for all aspects of the repair stage.
- Write accurate estimates to DRP standards.
- Communicate with customer and insurance company on repair status and supplement.
- Negotiate production schedule and operation.
Body Man
- 5+ years experienced required
- European car experience preferred, I-CAR or ASE certified is a plus.
- Quality repair, efficiency, organized and responsible.
- Own tools needed
